no fixed time guarantee: whilst Feelin' Floral will make every effort to honour deliver time requests, there is no guarantee. all flower deliveries will be finalised before 5pm.

same day delivery: orders must be placed before 7am for same day delivery (monday - friday only). Please contact Feelin' Floral for weekend delivery requests, prior to placing order.

recipient availability: it is the customer's responsibility to provide detailed and accurate delivery information (full name, address and phone number). if the recipient is not home at time of delivery, flowers will be left in a safe place, out of the weather (if possible). please note Feelin' Floral takes no responsibility for the flowers once delivered.
